Shipping & Delivery

Order delivery time consists of two parts: processing time and shipping time, with details as follows:

Processing Time

Processing includes order verification, tailoring, quality inspection, and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

Shipping Time (Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance)

Shipping time refers to the duration from when items are dispatched from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery timelines apply to in-stock items:

  • USA & Canada: 2-4 Weeks
  • Australia & New Zealand: 2-4 Weeks
  • U.K. & Europe: 2-4 Weeks
  • Other Countries: 2-5 Weeks

Shipping Options & Insurance

  • Insured Shipping: If your item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no extra cost, provided sufficient proof is submitted.
  • Priority Insured Shipping: Your order will be prioritized at the top of our daily dispatch list sent to manufacturers. Depending on order volume, delivery time may remain similar to Standard Shipping, and your item is also insured.

Important Notes

  • Some products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, as we operate warehouses in multiple locations.
  • Tracking numbers often take a few days to a week to update with accurate information. Please use a third-party tracking website such as https://17track.net to monitor your order.
  • For certain countries, shipping may take longer than estimated. Additionally, during high order volume periods, your shipment may experience delays. Rest assured, we are working diligently to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. We prioritize product quality and appreciate your understanding for any unexpected wait times.

Order Change Requests

If you need to modify your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order at service@asahimu.com, and we will be happy to assist with the required changes. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once the order has been shipped. Please double-check the selected size and color before confirming your order to avoid disappointment.
